Our customer develops and supplies equipment for a new method of delousing fish in fish farms. The method is much more gentle on the fish than other methods of delousing and is an industry leader on fish health.
We supply structures to the customer in stainless steel with very strict quality requirements. These are water-bearing structures that are included in systems for processing live fish. Consequently, these designs have very high requirements for surface finishes, welds and tolerances. This is important to avoid damage to the fish as well as to ensure that the structures are waterproof.
Northwest produces designs for the delousing system based on customer drawings and specifications. We also assist with detailed engineering if needed. We are close to our subcontractors on fabrication and are present throughout the process. Here we follow up and control the production through all phases to ensure the right quality of the final product delivered to our customer.
We have supplied a large number of products to the customer that consistently maintain high quality.
