In cooperation with Hycast AS, a world-leading supplier of aluminum casting technology with more than 30 years of experience, our team delivers complete equipment packages to customers all over the world. Our deliveries include engineering and fabrication of advanced moulding machines, complete moulding tables in various dimensions, complete gutter systems with associated sluice systems and automated lids, wire feeders with crane, various drivable maintenance platforms, and a wide range of auxiliary equipment.
In addition, the deliveries include complete electrical installation and hydraulic systems, as well as extensive testing and commissioning of the equipment before packing and shipping. These components are carefully designed to meet the high demands of precision and efficiency in modern aluminum casting. In some projects, we have shipped up to 20 40-foot containers, fully loaded with equipment.
